This is a alkaline etcher system comprised of a Lead-in Module, an Etch Chamber, a 2-Stage Flood Rinse followed by a 2-Stage Counter-flow Water Rinse, a 1-Stage Blow-off Module, and a Lead-out Module. Key features include:
